We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary intake forms and settle in before your treatment begins.
Do you offer consultations?
Yes, complimentary consultations are available for all new clients. During this session, we assess your skin and recommend the best treatment plan for your goals.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
How should I prepare for my treatment?
Preparation varies by treatment. Generally, we advise avoiding sun exposure, retinol products, and exfoliants for 48 hours before your appointment. Your provider will give you specific pre-care instructions.
Are your treatments suitable for all skin types?
Yes, our treatments are customized for all skin types and tones. During your consultation, we will select the safest and most effective approach for your unique skin.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, gift cards are available for purchase in any denomination and can be used toward any service or product. They make a wonderful gift for friends and loved ones.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. We do not accept personal checks at this time.
Can I combine multiple treatments in one visit?
Depending on the treatments, combining services is often possible. Your provider will advise on safe combinations during your consultation.
What products do you recommend for at-home care?
We carry a curated selection of medical-grade skincare products. Your aesthetician will recommend the best products for your skin type and treatment plan.
